How It Works

  • Complete the Project Discovery Form with service type, track count, timeline, references, and creative goals.

  • An engineer personally reviews your details and follows up with any quick clarifying questions (same business day when possible).

  • You’ll get a written proposal with pricing, deliverables, turnaround, and our revision policy (two rounds included).

  • Approve the quote and pay online via a secure invoice to lock your project into the schedule. We will send you a link to access your client portal once the quote has been accepted by you.

  • Use our private upload link and File Prep Guide (consolidated stems, sample rate/bit depth, headroom, and references).

  • Your project begins. You’ll receive progress updates and a reference preview for notes.

  • Send your feedback. We make the adjustments—up to two included rounds—so the result matches your vision.

  • Receive high-res WAV, MP3, and any requested alternates (instrumental, performance/TV mix). We archive project assets for 90 days.
